| 5 FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS With a flexitime scheme, you can arrange your day into many sections in the way that suits you best. While respecting company requirements and the core block of working hours, you are free to divide up your time at work in the administrative areas. This makes it much easier to achieve a balance between family and your job. The company also encourages 'mobile working'. This means that, as an employee, and depending on your defined duties, you can work on administrative tasks from home on some days. In the production areas too, a wide range of part-time models facilitates a better balance of work and family. Many workplaces are staffed by pairs of part-time employees. These pairs of people can share a workplace in an individual and flex- ible way on a weekly, daily or hourly basis, by discussing and agreeing their working hours with one another. We are also always re-examining new, family-friendly shift models in Production that enable you to work part-time in the mornings. The aim of these shift models is to provide workplaces at times when childcare support is being provided by public-sector institutions.
